OREM, UT and REDWOOD CITY, CA - March 13, 2020 - KLAS, the leader in healthcare IT research, issued a spotlight report on Suki that concludes the digital assistant expedites accurate clinical documentation for physicians and enables them to make better decisions and experience an improved quality of life. The assessment was based on interviews with Suki users across multiple specialties and evaluated Suki based on KLAS’s proprietary framework of product functionality, partnership, and overall customer satisfaction.
The report indicates that Suki customers are highly satisfied with the solution. Notable findings from the report include:
- “Product functionality” received an A score. Customers consistently mentioned Suki’s ability to provide accurate, detailed documentation with speed and mobility. One user commented, “Nobody in my field can produce notes as detailed as mine. The decision-making is so far beyond that it doesn’t even compare."
- “Executive involvement” received an A score. Customers appreciated the attention they received from the Suki leadership team; in addition, 100% of respondents said they experienced immediate results after a short training meeting (<30 minutes) with their account manager.
- “Would recommend to a friend” received an A+ score. In addition, 100% of respondents indicated they would purchase Suki again.
“Based on our experience evaluating healthcare IT solutions, we are impressed with Suki’s ability to deliver immediate benefit to physicians, and the strong loyalty physicians have to the product. Suki is tackling the difficult solution of administrative burden and has built a powerful tool that frees up physician time,” said Doug Tolley, VP of Business Development at KLAS and report author.
“We’re extremely pleased to learn the findings of the KLAS report,” said Punit Soni, CEO and founder of Suki. “One of our core values is we build every pixel to be in the service of the doctor, and it’s gratifying to hear our users are seeing the value. However, documentation is just the beginning - we’ll be tackling additional administrative challenges such as orders and billing and coding, and are excited to deliver even more value to users.”
The KLAS Spotlight report comes during a period of significant growth and success for Suki. Suki recently announced it closed a Series B financing round of $20M and was selected by Fast Company as the #3 most innovative company in the health category earlier this week.
