- “Executive involvement” received an A score. Customers appreciated the attention they received from the Suki leadership team; in addition, 100% of respondents said they experienced immediate results after a short training meeting (<30 minutes) with their account manager.
- “Would recommend to a friend” received an A+ score. In addition, 100% of respondents indicated they would purchase Suki again.
